Here are some additional activities that you might want do in your classroom.

  • You are a journalist living in Seneca Village in the 1850s. Write an article for the local newspaper about the building of Central Park and its effect on the village.
  • You are a historical novelist. Write a fact-based story about Seneca Village. Illustrate it with drawings, photos, maps, and any other images you have or can create.
